How do I treat a grade 3 varicocele? Can you help?

Image
How do I treat a grade 3 varicocele? Can you help? It sounds like you want home treatment for it and not surgery. 1) Surgery isn’t a cure—it’s also not a treatment. It is an intervention. Here are some notes from varicocelehealing.com/surgery-risks: Only 6-14% of those who undergo surgery attain a fertility benefit. Surgery is neither practical nor recommended for pain relief. Cutting out swollen veins is Not curing them, and it does Not address the real problem. Now, if you’re interested in home treatments, I recommend that you get Stud Briefs varicocele underwear as a top priority. Also, see if you can access the Varico Health varicocele app. It is beneficial. The app builds you a daily personalized treatment plan using AI and machine learning until you recover. It’s excellent, and they have a ton of data showing how practical their application is. Those would be the first two steps. I also recommend learning more about varicocele. Here are the top 10 varicocele natural treatment bl

Yoga for Male Fertility

The stresses of modern lifestyle seem to be increasing, however, to a greater extent for working men. Along with better management of stress, one can not only help himself to keep the muscle strength and flexibility, but also can improve his reproductive health. Yoga can heal any sexual dysfunction , and thereby increase sexual potency and refine sexual energy. Yoga basically acts as mind-body complementary medicine of male reproductive health by improving health in various ways. Regarding reproductive health, Kundalini Yoga is considered the ultimate yoga by which virility and sexual energy are not suppressed. Pranayama can also be practiced in conjuction with the postures. Kapalabhati is an excellent practice for moving energy into the pelvis and is especially helpful for prostate enlargement, for inflammatory conditions, like prostatitis. Dirgha pranayama or ujjayi breath can help cool and relax the area. In men, practicing moola bandha has been associated with relieving sper

Varicocele - Google Scholar Results Indicate Lack of Preventitive Care

Image
I did a Google Scholar search on "varicocele" and the following keywords... The results shocked me ! There are a total of 7,810 publications on "Varicocele". ↓↓↓ VIEW THE IMAGES! ↓↓↓ ↑↑↑ VIEW THE RESULTS! ↑↑↑ 2145 Results include the terms "Varicocelectomy" or "Surgery". (26% of all results!) Only 12 Results on Varicocele + Prevention, 9 of which are from 20+ years ago! (0.14%) Varicocele + Lifestyle: Only 1 Result! From 2008...! (0.012%) Varicocele + Diet: ZERO RESULTS!!! (0%) Varicocele + Nutrition: Only ONE result, and it's an irrelevant citation from 1880! (0.012%) Varicocele + Yoga: Nothing...! (0%) Varicocele + Physical Activity: Only 2 results, one discussing varicocelectomy (surgery). (0.025%) What information do you think that your doctor bases the decision to recommend varicocelectomy on? There is a complete lack of attention to varicocele prevention and potential alternatives to varicocele surgery.

Varicocele Preventitive Care vs Surgery

ZERO science publications including "Varicocele" + "Preventative" have ever been published. And only 1 publication ever on varicocele and lifestyle changes (back in 2008!!!) What do you think?

Varicocele - Varicocele App Treatment - Axial Extention in Core

Image
From the Varicocele Healing App : If you're sitting for prolonged periods like everyone else during the pandemic, make sure to sit with a good posture that is axially extended upwards. 1. Pull up from your head (axially extend and don't lose this!) 2. Chin tuck 3. Push your chest up 4. Slightly crunch and pull your lower abs in slightly. An axially extended spine minimizes the downwards blood pressure that pushes against the blood leaving the testicular veins. This helps improve testicular blood drainage for varicocele! Check the infographic for an example:

Varicocele: Cigarettes -- You need to read this if you smoke!

Cigarette smoking is an excellent example of where doctors and urologists get it all wrong. Take one of my clients for example. He was diagnosed with varicocele, testicular pain, and infertility. Medical professionals told him that his only option for him is surgery. Think about it, they fully conveyed to him: "There is no other way to improve your fertility and alleviate your pain than surgery." They said there is no other way to improve his fertility and alleviate his testicular pain. So, he had surgery. He got pain relief for about one month. But, his fertility didn't improve, and soon, he redeveloped varicocele, and his pain symptoms came back more severe than before. He came to me after a failed surgery and in excruciating pain. The first thing I did was have him fill out my detailed Varicocele Risk Assessment Form. The assessment is a detailed questionnaire that helps me identify root-cause of varicocele, testicular pain, and infertility. It turns out that h

Don't self-diagnose with varicocele!

Image
Self-diagnosis is a bad idea. Here’s why: 1. Some diseases have symptoms similar to varicocele. You, therefore, might miss an urgent disease by assuming that it is varicocele. For instance, you might assume that a painful swelling in the groin is a varicocele while in fact, it is an inguinal hernia. 2. Varicocele often comes with several other underlying issues which you might miss with self-diagnosis. A good example is the impact that varicocele has on fertility and semen parameters. Hence, you probably won’t truly know the full extent to which varicocele has impacted your sperm motility, morphology, count, etc. if you diagnose yourself. 3. Self-diagnosing inevitably leads to inadequate treatment. We already said that you might miss a serious condition that needs treatment. You will also not treat the underlying conditions that might be accompanying the varicocele. Remember that accurate diagnosis is critical for effective treatment. In summary, a qualified medical practitioner needs

How do I get rid of grade 1 varicocele?

Grade 1 varicocele is actually relatively easy to get rid of with home treatments. However, you will need to make some commitment to lifestyle changes, and get the right underwear for varicocele. Here is what you need to do: Identify and treat the root cause of your varicocele, here is an assessment form to help: Varicocele Risk Assessment Make sure to buy the right varicocele underwear as it can make all of the difference. Yes, high blood pressure (HBP) can definately contribute to varicocele. Just read this article on the association of varicose veins with hypertension (HBP): Varicose Veins: Role of Mechanotransduction of Venous Hypertension Varicose veins affect approximately one-third of the adult population and result in significant psychological, physical, and financial burden. Nevertheless, the molecular pathogenesis of varicose vein formation remains unidentified. Venous hypertension exerted on veins of the lower extremity is considered the principal factor in varicose vein formation. The role of mechanotransduction of the high venous pressure in the pathogenesis of varicose vein formation has not been adequately investigated despite a good progress in understanding the mechanomolecular mechanisms involved in transduction of high blood pressure in the arterial wall. Understanding the nature of the mechanical forces, the mechanosensors and mechanotransducers in the vein wall, and the downstream sig
