Treating Varicoceles

16 out of 100 women became pregnant even though their partner's varicocele was not treated.

But women whose partners didn't get treatment additionally became pregnant.

No advantage was found for the treatment of guys who have ordinary quality sperm and who've a varicocele that could just be detected using ultrasound.

Unfortunately no advice is provided by the studies about how often the treatment led to complications or side effects.
